| Description: | DutiesThe Emergency Medicine Pharmacist Specialist, requires one year of Emergency Department pharmacy experience and/or one year of hospital based clinical pharmacist experience in the critical care setting. DutiesServes as clinical consultant, providing information to nurses and physicians regarding their patients. | Description: | We are looking for a clinical pharmacist that will help start-up and develop a first-rate clinical program. This is a leadership position and will involve the training of pharmacists to work independently in an ICU, CCU and TCU environment. This staff member will help define and increase the responsibilities, both operationally and clinically, for the position. The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Applicant must be able to supervise staff and set guidelines and procedures. The ability to work cooperatively with health-system and pharmacy staff and communicate effectively both orally and in writing is a must. This is a decentralized position.
